I grew up “in a kitchen,” watching my mother bake. The television filled our home with the sounds of cooking shows, including voices of The French Chef and The Galloping Gourmet.

 

My mother shared with me the gift she received from her mother, the delicate and creative art of baking. My life remains filled with her memories, especially the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches she made for me every day before we started baking. 

 

When I started a family, I wanted to re-create those special PB&Js for my kids and share this loving memory with them. I worked on crafting the sandwich and could never get it "quite right." I know I heard mom laughing…

 

Then, when my kids were in grade school, one of them said: "Dad, it would be cool if you could make a peanut butter and jelly cookie…"

 

Our signature cookie brings my mom’s classic PB&J sandwich forward with love and delivers it for you in explosive flavors that wake up the “kid in all of us.” I continue to develop more cookies with new flavor combinations and in different sizes. My young adult children still love them...

 

My love for baking is one way I remain close with my mom, all these years later. My mother helped me develop my love for baking and I want to share it with you and your family. I hope you enjoy!
